Archant's Mustard TV to show Norwich City pre-season home friendlies live

Archant’s local TV service for Norwich, Mustard TV, will air exclusive live coverage of Norwich City’s two pre-season home friendlies against Premier League side West Ham United on July 28 and Championship team Brentford on August 1, in its new show On The Ball City Live, which is sponsored by Pleasurewood Hills.

With the industry seeing an increase in local TV franchises, it highlights Mustard TV's capabilities as a broadcaster, serving the interests of our local audience."

Romily Broad, Head of Content at Norwich City FC, said: “This is an exciting partnership with Mustard TV and will provide those fans who are unable to join us at Carrow Road for the games the opportunity to watch Alex Neil’s side in action, as we approach the start of our Barclays Premier League campaign on August 8.”

The games will broadcast on channel 8 on Freeview and Virgin channel 159 in the Norfolk area, accompanied by pre-match chat, half-time analysis and post-match discussion with Mustard TV’s Michael Bailey and special guests. Talksport’s Tom Rennie will provide match commentary for both games. The matches will be available to watch after the live transmissions have ended on Norwich City FC’s website.

The live broadcasts and their corresponding repeats have been sponsored by Lowestoft theme park Pleasurewood Hills.
