Archant has signed a long-term strategic partnership deal with leading property search and information website Zoopla.co.uk to power its online property channel homes24.co.uk.
The deal will drastically enhance Archant’s online presence in this key vertical and allow it to build homes24.co.uk as the key local property brand, while also creating significant commercial opportunities for our sales teams.
Under the terms of the deal, Archant will join Zoopla’s exclusive premium partner network, that includes Google, MSN, Yahoo!, eBay, Virgin Media and Sky, and we will promote the homes24.co.uk brand using our online and offline media assets to attract local audiences to the new site. Zoopla will operate and power the enhanced homes24.co.uk website, which will be based on Zoopla’s own platform. A Homes24 iPhone app will also follow in due course.
It is anticipated that the new homes24.co.uk website will launch in early March and the deal provides Archant with a market-leading online property platform to promote and giving agents and developers who advertise with Zoopla even wider distribution and exposure for their listings and brands via homes24.co.uk.
