Are you interested in joining the UK's largest independently owned regional media business, as a Sales Support Co-ordinator? We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated part time (up to 20 hours per week) Sales Support Co-ordinator based from our vibrant Cheltenham office.
Carrying out a broad variety of administrative tasks, you will be the backbone of our lifestyle and specialist magazine sales teams. Working on dedicated magazine brands you will ensure the planning, booking and processing of sales campaigns are delivered, whilst also ensuring the collation of copy together with general admin duties are completed correctly and on time.
We are looking for an experienced individual who has excellent IT abilities, including MS Word and Excel, who is also proficient in CRM and order booking systems. With previous experience of working in a busy and demanding role, you will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, have a high level of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure and be confident to communicate with internal and external customers as necessary.
You will have a desire to work within a team focused on providing excellent customer service, have a friendly and professional disposition and be comfortable dealing with all areas of a successful media business. Above all, you will need to deliver total commitment and dedication to the business in order to help us continue to be the very best.
Having a keen interest in digital media and print advertising would ensure that this role delivers the excitement and challenge that you are looking for.
