We have an exciting opening for an HR Administrator to join our centralised HR admin team based in Prospect House in the centre of Norwich. Working flexibly and cooperatively together, you will provide great customer service to staff, managers and the rest of your HR colleagues. This varied and busy job will encompass the administration involved throughout the life cycle of an employee and the policies and processes involved.
Attention to detail is vital as you are responsible for updating databases, preparing letters and contracts, keep records up to date, setting up new starters etc. If you are interested in working in a busy deadline-driven role and enjoy working in a small and friendly team, you must demonstrate experience of the following:
Shorter hours worked over 5 days a week are available as an option for those interested in this opportunity on a part-time basis.
To be clear, although this administration role is working in an HR team, we are looking for a long-term administrator and not someone who would see this as a quick stepping stone to get into the world of HR. Possibilities of career progression would be available but not in the foreseeable future.
