Archant Dialogue is the content agency division of Archant. Working on behalf of a number of prestige brands, we craft magazines in print and digital as well as design, build and manage websites, e-newsletters, promotional material and social media campaigns.

Archant Dialogue is looking for a Head of Client Services to run the account management and client services team.

The role will be split between Norwich and London as required and as the Head of Client Services you will be expected to demonstrate a range of skills and experience, from strategic planning and development, to personnel development and team building.

You must have a proven track record in managing multiple accounts across a variety of market places, have financially and strategically developed relationships, managed a team and have excellent presentation skills for pitching and for winning new business.

You will have omni-channel content publishing knowledge, and strategic knowledge and insight of your clients, which is second to none. At the end of the day clients are your business and you must know everything about them to enable you to solve their business needs and increase revenue and profitability both for them and for Dialogue.

You must have strong attention to detail, have experience managing multiple P&Ls reporting back to senior management and be able to adeptly move from strategic thinking to detailed administration – ensuring all activities are completed on time.

As well as management responsibilities, this is also a hands-on role. You will manage a small number of key clients and will be required to support and lead the whole portfolio, when needed.
