The administrator role within the digital commercial department is a varied role, from booking campaigns, assisting in web builds to customer support and sales support; you will perform an integral role within the team.

You will be responsible for booking campaigns, delivery and reporting on campaigns, liaising with sales reps, other Archant departments and our customers. There are a number of administrative duties that have to be completed correctly and to deadline.

We are looking for a Digital Administrator who has existing knowledge of digital products or is keen to learn about everything digital. Knowledge of our digital portfolio is of the upmost importance to being successful in this role. You need to be proficient in Google Docs, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience of a busy and demanding role would be advantageous: the ability to work under pressure and to communicate confidently both internally and externally is key to this integral role.
