An opportunity has arisen for a Circulation Sales Administration Assistant to join our team in Norwich on a full-time basis, providing key administration support services for the group Circulation Sales Department.
The successful candidate will have a passion for media with a broad and full understanding of our newspaper and magazine sales. You will enjoy working with customers and have high standards of customer service, with excellent communication skills.
You will have at least 2 years experience within an administrative role and be able to demonstrate working under pressure and to deadlines. Attention to detail is vital in this role, as well as having excellent planning and organisational skills. It is crucial that you have a strong knowledge of Excel and are adept at manipulating data in this format.
The successful candidate will be a team player who actively supports the team and managers ensuring commitment and determination.
SALARY & BENEFITS
