Our Publishing Services team, based in Norwich, is responsible for producing advertisements for the group’s newspapers, magazines, websites and digital communications and we are looking for a support team member to join us in the planning team.

The main responsibilities will be to facilitate advertising planning which includes page planning publications; building pages for our editorial staff; completing, approving and sending pages to press; liaising with internal and external print centres; and advising sales staff and customers with positional queries.

The successful candidate will be a team player with good all-round administration skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will need to be flexible and adaptable for this very busy role that requires you to work to pre-defined, fixed deadlines.

We offer a salary up to £19,332 per annum depending on experience.
