Due to continual growth plans for 2017 we have an exciting opportunity for a new Advertising Sales Executive to join one of the most exciting areas of the Archant group – Archant Dialogue. Archant Dialogue is a content marketing agency producing content across multi platforms including magazines and online and for some of the world’s most innovative and prestigious brands including British Eventing, Porsche Club GB, Center Parcs, Brittany Ferries and Harley-Davidson.

Based from our head office in the heart of Norwich, this is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced sales professional seeking a long-term career move. Within this role you will be primarily identifying key client prospects by developing strong consultative relationships to drive revenue growth across all of our print, digital and exhibition portfolio. You will be writing proposals and advertising campaigns across a wide array of potential clients, working to achieve agreed business targets.

The position is responsible for developing new or additional business and primary contact with clients will be via the telephone. As required you will attend client meetings to present proposals and attend exhibitions/networking events to nurture client relationships. You will be supported by a sales manager with daily communication and regular team meetings and 1-1s.

The challenging yet fulfilling sales role will really give you the chance to shine and develop new business relationships. Alongside a professional sales approach, you must be able to communicate at all levels.

An integral part of the role is to build a strong business network of contacts by being in regular contact with new and existing clients and becoming a trusted advisor and ambassador for Archant Dialogue.


  • Strong previous experience within an agency environment (either PR, digital, social, or creative)
  • Strong B2B sales background
  • Advertising or marketing background
  • Preference to win new business and create own leads
  • Working knowledge of print and digital solutions
  • Ability to create inspiring campaigns and advertising solutions
  • Passionate, energetic and proactive attitude
  • Strategic and creative skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Experience managing relationships with differing levels of clients


  • Basic salary of up to £20k + realistic OTE £8400 per annum
