Business Sales Team Leader, Ipswich - Archant Suffolk

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Team Leader to join Archant Suffolk, part of the UK’s largest independently owned regional media business.

Based at the Ipswich office, this is an opportunity for a team leader to further their career within a competitive market across a multi-platform portfolio. You will need to be hard-working and resilient, confident and motivated with previous supervisory experience. Knowledge of the newspaper/advertising or publishing industry is essential.

For this varied role you will need to work efficiently under pressure, prioritise your workload depending on deadlines and be able to demonstrate previous sales experience in business to business in a competitive market. Good communication skills are essential, whether by telephone, face-to-face or in written form.

For the largest part of this role you will be responsible for building existing relationships and generating new business for the various newspapers, magazines and stand-alone publications we have. You will also benefit by attending various out of office functions and networking events so the desire to achieve results and be willing to attend and network effectively is key to the success of this role.

In return Archant offers a competitive basic salary of £23,000 with a commission structure to increase this to a potential £32,600 OTE.
