Hat-trick of awards success for Archant Dialogue

Posted on

Archant Dialogue has scored a hat-trick of successes at the Memcom Awards which celebrate marketing and communications excellence in membership organisations.

Dialogue’s British Eventing Life was presented as winner of the Best Sport and Recreation Magazine in a very competitive sector, with Skydive The Mag for the British Parachute Association scoring a Highly Commended.

The judges said: “British Eventing Life showed how a magazine and its content can inspire the new generation to do something they hadn’t done before, an exceptional 42% uplift in training is great evidence in how BEL inspired and drove action.” They also commented: “Skydive magazine packs a punch for members of the BPA. 91% of readers say that they keep their copy or pass it on to friends – and we can see why.”

Completing the trio, the Harley Owners Group received Highly Commended in the International Membership Development category. The judges were impressed with the multi-lingual, multimedia approach to sustaining the world’s most successful motorcycle owners group.

Jon Pattenden, Head of New Business at Dialogue, said: “There's a lot of work compiling entries however it's clear that when we present our work it never fails to make an impact. It's always a boost to those directly involved in winning the awards too.

“These awards and commendations reflect Archant Dialogue’s pedigree and expertise in creating, shaping and distributing innovative content and marketing communications for our clients.”

The awards were presented at the Memcom Annual Conference and Awards 2014 in London on April 30, when delegates gathered to discuss, share and celebrate marketing and communications excellence in membership organisations.

Over 240 marketing professionals from across the membership sector attended what is recognised as a one of the signature events in the year for membership organisations.
