On Thursday 26 November, Norfolk’s best tourism businesses were celebrated at the EDP Visit Norfolk Tourism Awards – an Archant event designed to showcase the very best of the Norfolk tourism industry.
The black tie event, which was sponsored by Hoseasons, was a sell-out with over 200 guests attending the evening at Potters Resort, Hopton. Attendees praised the venue, which hosted the event for the first time, for their delicious food and welcoming atmosphere.
The Awards were hosted by BBC presenter David Whiteley, and ended with entertainment from Potter’s Theatre Company.
Awards included Outstanding Achievement, Event of the Year, Best Self Catering Establishment, Best Food and Drink Tourism Attraction, Customer Care, Best Visitor Attraction, Golden Years, Tourism Personality, Best Marketing, Best Independent Hotel, Holiday Park/Village of the Year, Best Sustainable Project, Best Adult Leisure Break and Best Broads Holiday Experience.
