Market leading French property portal, France Property Shop, has launched a new website – making it easier for buyers to navigate thousands of French properties listed for sale across France’s new regions.
The new mobile-friendly website, which was launched earlier this month, offers an advanced search function - allowing users to narrow down their property search using criteria including location, price or property features. The site also offers prospective buyers the chance to save and compare their favourite properties, sign up to regular alerts, and contact agents and sellers directly - making it even easier for buyers to find their dream property in France.
The France Property Shop is part of a portfolio of French publications produced by Archant – and is joined by three market-leading magazine titles (French Property News, Living France and FRANCE Magazine) and the Complete France website – which offers visitors the opportunity to sign up to regular e-newsletters or follow the brands on a variety of social media platforms. The portfolio also offers four of the UK’s largest French property exhibitions which are held throughout the year.
As well as launching a range of new features for buyers, the team behind France Property Shop have also been working on improving the site for their many agents and sellers – with the new platform offering an easier way to upload and manage property listings.
“We wanted to ensure that our new platform not only offers time-saving solutions for our buyers, but provides an easier way to upload and manage property listings for our agents and sellers too” said Archant Group Editor, Karen Tait.
“It is now much quicker and easier to add a property listing - and we have also included additional benefits such as unlimited text descriptions, large pictures, and the option to upload floorplans, PDF files and embed videos.”
