Archant appoints new director
Regional media business, Archant, has announced the appointment of Jonathan Hustler to the main Board.
52-year-old Hustler has been the managing director of its Archant Life regional magazine business since it was set up in 2001 and has grown into the largest regional magazine publisher in the country with 53 titles. Prior to setting up the magazine operation he held senior commercial roles elsewhere in Archant, which he joined in 1987.
Archant chief executive John Fry said: “Johnny has an excellent understanding of the changing regional media sector and has grown our revenues and profits. His strategic and operational experience will be a valuable asset to the board.”
Jonathan is a member of the Periodical Publishers Association (PPA) board and an ex director of the International Newspaper Marketing Association (INMA). He lives in Norfolk and is married with four children.
