New finance director for Life
Andrew Butcher has been appointed as the new financial director for magazine publisher Archant Life.
Archant Life, is community media group Archant's rapidly growing regional magazine subsidiary, and within its portfolio publishes county titles throughout the UK and two consumer Francophile titles.
Andrew joins Archant Life from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior manager and brings with him a wealth of experience in advising growing businesses.
Life managing director Jonathan Hustler said: "Andrew has joined at an exciting time in our development and his appointment underpins the next phase of growth within Archant Life."
Andrew, who took up his new role on March 1, said: "I am delighted to be able to join such a dynamic and rapidly expanding business as it continues its development and growth across the country."
Stephen Oldfield, director with PricewaterhouseCoopers said: "While sorry to see Andrew leave, his appointment is recognition of the practical business skills of the local PWC team and is a great opportunity to further develop his career."
