We’re constantly expanding this portfolio by pitching for high-profile brands and this new Senior Designer role – reporting to the Art Director – will be integral to the success of both existing and new business growth with significant opportunities to enhance your skills and responsibilities quickly.
The Senior Designer’s role will help take the agency's creative output to new levels, enabling us to exceed expectations across all visual media, including digital, print and experiential.
With a degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, you will be creatively ambitious, proactive and hands-on, looking for the next step up, or an existing Senior Designer seeking a new challenge.
Ideally the successful candidate will have at least five years experience of working in either an agency or consumer brand environment. With a strong portfolio of client/brand-based work across digital and printed asset environments, you will be able to demonstrate creative rationale and execution that has driven business results. You will have your fingers on the pulse of global creative innovation and implementation and be capable of pushing our agency to the limits of outstanding design.
You will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and rationale to every piece of design with a firm understanding of the client objectives. You will also seek to inspire those around the agency and help develop further our culture of creativity and design excellence.
A comprehensive understanding of design, animation, video/film, print and digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects or similar is essential, as it the ability to think and work under pressure and go the extra mile to create outstanding output.
The role will be based in our head office in central Norwich, with opportunities for travel and working from different locations.
