We are looking for a dedicated and driven full-time Recruitment Sales Executive for our Jobs24 brand covering both print and digital recruitment advertising.

Ideally you will be able demonstrate some kind of sales experience but more importantly are extremely conscientious, able to manage your time effectively and have an excellent eye for detail.

Knowledge of the recruitment marketplace would be helpful albeit not essential. You will need to be able to work on your own as well as be part of a very busy team working to tight deadlines in a competitive market and be able to build effective and relevant recruitment solutions.

You will also require good telephone skills and be confident in speaking with customers regarding any aspects of their campaign.

You will be dealing with incoming and making outgoing sales calls to both local businesses and national agencies, talking about their recruitment needs, and will need to have excellent administration and communication skills.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you will have an extensive telephone sales background, along with recruitment experience. You are a motivated individual with experience working in a fast-paced telephone sales environment, with a thorough understanding of the sales process and a professional, consultative approach.

You are confident picking up the telephone and will enjoy building relationships and communicating the benefits of our market-leading advertising services, and will be used to anticipating and overcoming objections.

You are a charismatic and proactive self-starter who enjoys working on your own initiative, and are outgoing, personable and unwaveringly positive. You are also highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, and while we’re not looking for techie geeks, you are a web user and know your Twitter from your Instagram.

Above all else, you are a trustworthy and hardworking individual, passionate about selling and someone who gets a real buzz from hunting for sales and achieving results, whilst thriving under the pressure of a target-driven environment.
