Archant Information Services is predominantly based in Norwich with support roles in our regional offices in Cheltenham, Barking, Stevenage, Ipswich, Kensington and Weston-super-Mare. We are responsible for providing IT support to Archant’s employees throughout the Group. Day to day, this starts with our in-house 1st line Service Desk, through to 2nd and 3rd line technical support teams. Internal development teams support business needs and requirements to deliver small, medium and large projects as well as maintaining our in-house bespoke software for our editorial, design, finance, HR and sales departments.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our small team, providing a hybrid of test and BA skills, supporting live projects and product development roadmaps. Working for one of the country’s leading regional media publishers, you will be responsible for testing, developing and refining processes, document templates and management tools.
Reporting to the Project Support Lead, you will have experience of understanding business requirements and transforming them into technical requirements, plans and schedules, plus involvement in the full life cycle of testing our business applications. You will have the ability to manage your own workload to deliver results within tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident in building relationships with people at all levels across the business.
This is a challenging role that demands excellent organisation skills and a patience and determination to get things done accurately, on time.
